We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (with extensive experience of Succesfactors modules including EC, Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing to join our flagship Talent Acuisition and On-boarding programme.
The successful candidate will join one of our Agile delivery pods working within the programme. The work delivered through the pods includes delivery of new processes & functionality. You will also be involved in all design and build activities across the Foundation, Global and Localisation phases.
Qualification Requirements
EXPERIENCE
- 15+ years SAP SuccessFactors experience of implementing across Successfactor modules (Recruitment, Talent, Skills management, Succession, Learning, Performance Management, Reward, Employee Central
- 3+ implementation of proven delivery experience across integrated recruitment solutions with Talent intelligent solutions (AI/ML)
- Must have technology familiarity with primary products in the Banks landscape (with working knowledge of SAP, Service Now, Oracle)
- Must have recruitment process knowledge including understanding migrating from Oracle Taleo to SAP Successfactors
- Experience of working on large-scale data migration, enterprise integration, demonstratable experience of working with and using referenbce architecture related to Busn, Data, Technology plus knowledge of TOGAF
- Have worked successfully within a DevOps / Agile team / environment
- Proven self-starter who can operate and develop without close supervision
- 15+ years experience in software development and/or application configuration skills.

- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment – demonstrable ability to adapt to different cultures
- Experience of working in virtual, geographically dispersed locations and timezones
- Experience of core IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Release Management
- Experience of producing functional and technical specifications and documentation
- Experience of SaaS software and working with software vendors to keep abreast of developments, releases and roadmaps
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Solid experience (15+ years) and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration management, report development, support resources and roadmaps
- Solid knowledge of End-to-End Talent acquisition processes including integrated Talent Intelligence solutions/platforms
- Knowledge of HR Service Management, Shared Services and/or Contact Centres
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Strong Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
- Skilled in creative and lateral thinking
- Good Influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills in workshops and presentation formats
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Visio (or similar)
