Permanent and contract recruitment across financial services, technology and consulting.
View current rolesSince 2004, Spier Consulting has connected specialist talent with the organisations that need them — working closely with clients and candidates to get the right fit, not just a fast one.
Spier Consulting delivers excellence across multiple recruitment and staffing disciplines. Headquartered in London, with networks across EMEA and the Americas, we support firms in Technology, Consulting and Financial Services — connecting talented people with growing enterprises around the world.
Success comes from a complete understanding — of your organisation, culture and the precise requirements of the role, matched with real knowledge of our candidates' experience, achievements and career aspirations.
It's this that leads to a strong fit between role and individual, bringing precision to the hiring process and value to clients and candidates alike.
Full search and selection for permanent hires — from defining the brief and mapping the market, through shortlisting and interview support, to a signed offer. We work as an extension of your team, not a transactional supplier.
Fast, flexible access to vetted interim and contract specialists for time-bound projects and resourcing gaps — with the compliance and onboarding handled on our side.
Browse live roles across financial services, technology and consulting.
Whether you're hiring or looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
