Service Management Configuration Lead – Inside IR35
The role:

  • Global leadership role with requirement to influence global teams & operations
  • Global federation of process across numerous technology teams
  • Requires effective oral and written communication at all levels, including professional report writing to external regulatory bodies
  • Ownership of policy, process, controls and operations for IT Asset Management

Role Purpose

  • Accountable for CTO (and Technology) strategy and roadmap for IT Configuration Management
  • Responsible for design, processes and tooling that enable the technology team to meet configuration, asset and inventory management control obligations
  • Responsible for translating Data Architecture Office design / data model into operations
  • Enable efficient service management operations across technology by ensuring that other teams are able to operate using central IT Configuration, Asset and Inventory systems
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing efficiencies in IT Configuration, Asset and Inventory Management processes
  • Responsible for provision of roadmap and plans for improvements in Configuration and Asset Management KCIs
  • Lead IT management response for any audit points / risk issues relating to IT Configuration, Asset & Inventory Management
  • Ensure FIM and control environment supports IT leadership appetite for IT Configuration, Asset and Inventory Management
