Test Analyst – Inside IR35
Role:
To support PAM Test manager to deliver testing to the defined Test Strategy
Essential Skills:
Test preparation incl test cases, data, environments for SIT and UAT
Test case review/QA for coverage and traceability to requirements/design
Liaison with business areas/technical leads re SIT/UAT scenario definition
Analysis of design, processes, controls and other documents for testability
Test scheduling and execution
Desirable skills:
Team management, team workload management and task scheduling
Business and stakeholder liaison
Defect triage and review meetings – lead and participate
Agile basics incl ceremonies, Kanban
RTC (Rational Team Concert) configuration incl metrics, dashboards, cycles and JIRA/RTC updates/housekeeping
MS xls skills incl filtering, pivot tables, compare etc.
