• Proven working experience as a Data Modeller/Analyst on Finance data warehouse implementations with HR experience as a plus
  • Experience of ErWin or similar Data Modelling tool
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid ability to document complex rules, logic and transformations
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of relational data models, data warehouses, big data models and non-relational database systems
  • Adept at SQL queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Experience as an analyst working with Excel, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
  • Delivery experience within an agile environment using Scrum/Kanban methodologies and JIRA
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues, able to articulate clearly and effectively
  • AWS Datalake/S3, Snowflake, Oracle Financials Cloud and WorkDay experience would be a distinct advantage

Experience of AWS, Snowflake and Tableau or Power BI stack would also be useful
